PREPARE/ENRICH Pre-Marital and Couple Assessment

To build better relationships, you need the right tools. PREPARE/ENRICH is an online, “do it yourself” assessment designed as a resource to help couples establish stronger relationships and get to know each other like never before. 

PREPARE/ENRICH will help couples:

· Identify strength and growth areas

· Explore personality differences and similarities

· Strengthen communication skills

· Resolve conflict

· Discuss financial issues

· Establish personal, couple and family goals

As a Certified Facilitator of PREPARE/ENRICH, Bridges 2 LIFE will review the assessment results with you over a minimum of six (6) sessions, suggest homework and activities and offer feedback in areas such as communication, conflict resolution and relationship dynamics. If you find you have ongoing problems that persist over time, it is important to seek professional counseling.
